Henry Ferdinand was born on October 19th, 1877 in Retreat,IN. Henry Ferdinand's father was Henry Clay Pierson and his mother was Nancy Ellen Allen. His paternal grandparents were James Weathers Pierson and Lucretia Morgan. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Meede Weathers, Arelius Clay, James Edgar, Charles Allen, Clyde, Carrie Lee, Letha May, Helon Estella and Mary Lucretia. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 2 on December 4th, 1879 in Uniontown,IN.-
