Abraham was born in 1857 in Hendricks Co.,IN. Abraham's father was Thomas Pierson and his mother was Elizabeth Jones. His paternal grandparents were John Pierson and Nancy P. Gee. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Augustine, John, William, George D., Arthur, Narcissa, Eliza and Sarah. He was the youngest of the nine children.-
