Sarah (Sally) A. was born in 1850. Sarah (Sally) A.'s father was George I. McNeely and her mother was Ellen Bryant. Her paternal grandparents were William Barnett McNeely and Elizabeth McNeely. She had three brothers and five sisters, named John, William F., Francis, Michael, Eliza J., Cynthia, Mary E. and Caroline. She was the third youngest of the nine children.-
