Elizabeth was born in 1798 in Logan County,Kentucky. Elizabeth's father was George McNeely and her mother was Sarah Rutledge. Her paternal grandparents were David W. McNeely and Agnes---------- UNKNOWN; her maternal grandparents were Edward Rutledge and Sarah Armstrong. She had three brothers and three sisters, named David, George, James, Nancy, Sarah and Mary. She died at the age of 28 in December 1826 in Spencer County,Indiana.-
