Lucinda Virginia was born in 1807 in Wilkes County,North Carolina. Lucinda Virginia's father was Abraham Kilby and her mother was Mary Elizabeth (Betsey) Rash. Her paternal grandparents were William Kilby and Frances Eddins; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Rash and Mildred (Milly) Isbell. She had three brothers and three sisters, named James Linville, William Haynes, Abraham, Sarah, Frances and Mathilda. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She died in prob Hancock County,Indiana.-
