William Palmer Kemmis 
William Palmer was born on April 1st, 1840 in of Killeen,Ardea,Leix,Ireland. William Palmer's father was Thomas Kemmis and his mother was Elizabeth Anne Palmer. His paternal grandparents were William Kemmis and Ellen Mansergh. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Charles, Gustavus Richard, William, Elizabeth, Frances Gertrude, Louisa Rosalie and Florence Jane. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 7 on November 15th, 1847.General Notes
