William Edward "Billie" Kemmis 
William Edward "Billie" was born on March 4th, 1758 in of Killeen,Offerlane,Leix,Ireland. William Edward "Billie"'s father was Thomas |Kemeys| Kemmis and his mother was Susanna Long. His paternal grandfather was William Kemeys. He had four brothers and a sister, named John "Jack", James, Thomas, Joshua and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the six children.
