Neville was born about 1700 in of Bertholau,Llantrisaint,Monmouthshire,England. Neville's father was Lewis Kemeys Major and his mother was Mary. His paternal grandparents were Edward Kemeys Esquire and Margaret Morgan. He had four brothers and a sister, named Nicholas, Charles, Lewis, Edward and Margaret. He died before 1731.General Notes
