George was born in of Kemeys,Kemeys Inferior,Monmouthshire,England. George's father was William Kemeys Esquire and his mother was Dorothy Morgan. His paternal grandparents were Edward Kemeys Esquire and Frances Lewis. He had three brothers and three sisters, named William, Edmund, Edward, Frances, Mary and Elizabeth. He died in 1722 in (sp).
