Ingelgar Count of Anjou was born in 0845. Ingelgar Count of Anjou's father was Tertulle (Tertullus) Seneschal of the Gatinais and his mother was Petronille d'Auxerre. His paternal grandfather was Hugh Count of Bourges, Auxerre & Nevers. He was an only child. He died about 0888.¹
