Charlotte was born in of,Ewias,Monmouthshire,England. Charlotte's father was Philip Herbert Earl of Pe and her mother was Henrietta Mauricette de Penancoet. Her paternal grandparents were Philip Herbert Earl of Pe and Penelope Naunton. She was an only child. She died in 1733.General Notes
