Charles Herbert 
Charles was born in 1793 in of,Wilton,Wiltshire,England. Charles' father was George Augustus Herbert Earl of Pe and his mother was Elizabeth Beauclerk. His paternal grandparents were Henry Herbert Earl of Pe and Elizabeth Spencer Lady. He had two brothers and a sister, named George, Robert Henry and Diana. He was the youngest of the four children. He had a half-brother and five half-sisters, named Sidney, Elizabeth, Mary Caroline, Catherine, Georgiana and Emma. He died in 1793.General Notes
