William Hobson Hampton 
William Hobson was born on August 14th, 1753 in Fairfax Co,Virginia. William Hobson's father was Henry Hampton and his mother was Elizabeth Cary Hobson. His paternal grandparents were John Hampton Jr and Margaret Wade; his maternal grandparents were William Hobson and Elizabeth Gary. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Cary Henry, John, Wade, William C, Elizabeth, Margaret Wade, Sarah and Margaret. He died at the age of 85 on June 4th, 1839 in Cedar Hill Plantation,Fauquier Co,Virginia.-
