Don Carlos was born on September 28th, 1902 in Heber,Wasatch Co.,Ut. Don Carlos' father was Don Diego HERBERT and his mother was Lucy Margaret (T) SWEAT. His paternal grandparents were James HERBERT and Lydia Knight MEACHAM; his maternal grandparents were George Hyrum SWEAT and Emeline MEACHAM. He had two brothers and a sister, named James David, Louis Lavell and Margaret Emeline. He had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Garnet Weslie, Ray Thaddeus, Garnet Weslie, Harvey la Vaughn, Ray Thaddeus, Jannette, Janet and Nelda. He died at the age of 71 on October 9th, 1973 in Roosevelt,Duchesne Co.,Ut. He was buried on October 13th, 1973 in Roosevelt,Duchesne Co.,Ut.General Notes
