Guaimar (Waimar) IV Prince of Salena, Capua, Amalfi, Calabri was born in 1010.1   Guaimar (Waimar) IV Prince of Salena, Capua, Amalfi, Calabri's father was Guaimar III Prince of Salerno and his mother was Gaitelgrima of Benevento.  His paternal grandparents were Giovanni II Prince of Salerno and Sikelgaita.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 42 on June 3rd, 1052.1
