William M. Finley 
William M. was born on September 11th, 1813. William M.'s father was William Finley and his mother was Rebecca Wendell. His paternal grandparents were William Finley and Susanna Skinney. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Daniel, Phillips, Archibald, Robert, Lavinia, Margaret, Mary Ann, Sarah Ann, Barbara, Catherine and Louisa. He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.-
