William Finley 
William was born on September 13th, 1807 in York County,pennsylvania. William's father was John Finley and his mother was Susanna Moore. His paternal grandparents were William Finley and Susanna Skinney. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John, David, Robert, Sarah Moore, Susannah Jane, Rebecca and Mary. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 78 on June 22nd, 1886 in Alberton,Iowa.-
