James Findlay 
James was born on September 9th, 1631 in Inchervie,Fifeshire,Scotland. James' father was John Finley and his mother was Sarah Craigie. His paternal grandparents were James Finley and Elizabeth Warrender; his maternal grandparents were Hugh Craigie and Christina Smith (Smyth). He had three brothers and a sister, named Robert T., John, Euphan and Margaret. He was the oldest of the five children. He died in Inchorvie,Fife,Scotland.-
