Lucinda Orilla was born on September 10th, 1820 in Licking County,Ohio. Lucinda Orilla's father was Samuel Dewees and her mother was Mary (Polly) Dugan. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Dewees and Catherine Spencer; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Dugan and Rebecca Fowler. She had four brothers and a sister, named Alonzo, William, James Lewis, Samuel and Margaret. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 82 on November 2nd, 1902 in Coal City,Owen County,Indiana. She was buried in Nyhart Cemetary,Coal City,Owen Co. IN.-
