William De Ferrers 
William was born in 1162 in Ferrers Derbyshire Eng.1 William's father was Walkelin De Ferrers and his mother was Sybil de Braose. His paternal grandparents were Robert De Ferrers and Margaret Peverel; his maternal grandparents were William de Braose Baron of Gwentland and Bertha de Gloucester. He had two sisters named Agatha and Millicent. He was the oldest of the three children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William and Millicent. He died at the age of 85 on September 22nd, 1247.1 General Notes
