*Philobert Cogan

*Philobert was born in 1563 in Chard Co.,Summerset,ENG. *Philobert's father was *Thomas Cogan and his mother was *Elizabeth Fisher. His paternal grandparents were *Nicholas Cogan and *Amia; his maternal grandfather was *Edward Fisher. He had three brothers and a sister, named Thomas l, Robert, Thomas and Margaret. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died before April 12th, 1641 in Chard,Somerset,England.
