Janet Clark

Janet was born on February 5th, 1771 in Tranent,East Lothian,Scotland.  Janet's father was John Hesher Clark and her mother was Helen KEPPIE.  Her paternal grandparents were James CLARK or CLERK and Alison CLAPPERTON. She had seven brothers and five sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Peter, James, James, John, John, William, Thomas, Elizabeth, Helen, Alison, Jean, Agnes and Katharine.  She was the seventh youngest of the fourteen children.
