Her paternal grandparents were Gilbert De CLARE :[EARL OF LOUCESTER] and Isabel MARSHALL [Countess of Cor [Countess; her maternal grandparents were John De LACY [Earl of Lincoln [Earl of L and Margaret De QUINCY [Countess of Lin [Countess. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Gilbert "the-Red-Earl" De, Thomas De, Bevis (Bogo) (Benet), Robert (Richard) De, Margaret De, Maud De, Roese (Rohesia) De and Eglentine De. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 31 in 1271.General Notes
