William COURTENAY KNIGHT 
William was born in 1567 in Of,Landock,Cornwall,England. William's father was Peter COURTENAY Sr. and his mother was Katherine RESKYMER. His paternal grandparents were Edward COURTNEY and Margaret (Jane) TRETHFORD; his maternal grandparents were William RESKYMER and Alice DENSELL(DENYSEL). He had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Edward, Peter, Reskimer, Mary, Margaret, Anne and Anne. He died at the age of 63 on November 20th, 1630 in W/P.General Notes
