Trijntje was born about 1734 in Sluipwijk,Zuid Holland,Netherland and her baptism took place there on April 11th, 1734.  Trijntje's father was Gijsbert Sijmense COSTER and her mother was Grietje VERMEUL.  Her paternal grandparents were Sijmen Jans COSTER and Aaltje Jans Den Braker; her maternal grandparents were Leendert VERMEUL and Neeltje DE JONG. She had two brothers and eight sisters, and also three siblings of unknown gender, named Leendert, Simon, Aaltje, Annigje, Catharina, Grietje, Lena, Maria, Martijntje, Pleuna, deceased child, deceased child and deceased child. She had five half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Jan Gijsbertse, Symon, Leendart, Jaapie, Pieter Gijsbertse, Aletje, Pietertje and Apolonia.  She died after 1772.
