William CLEGG 
William was born on February 22nd, 1842 in Preston,E-Lancs,England. William's father was Jonathan CLEGG and his mother was Ellen WALMSLEY. His paternal grandparents were Henry Sr. CLEGG and Ellen CARDWELL; his maternal grandparents were Isaac Weaver WALMSLEY and Elizabeth C. HICKHAM (HIGHMAN). He had five brothers and two sisters, named James, William, Joseph, Henry, Henry, Alice and Margaret Ellen. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 53 on March 15th, 1895 in Shelton,Bonneville,Id. He was buried on March 29th, 1895 in Shelton Cem,Shelton,Bnnvll,Id.General Notes
