William Penn Barger 
William Penn was born on January 22nd, 1850 in Perry County,Indiana. William Penn's father was Harvey H. Barger and his mother was Esther Terry. His paternal grandparents were George Barger and Susannah Shelman; his maternal grandparents were Elias Terry and Eleanor Sandage. He had a brother and five sisters, named Abraham L., Mary E., Nancy, Lavina, Ann and Susan. He died at the age of 49 on May 27th, 1899 in Steele,Pemiscot County,Missouri.-
