Nicolas Rivard 
Nicolas was born on February 1st, 1654 in Trois Rivieres, Quebec.1 Nicolas' father was Nicolas Rivard and his mother was Catherine Isabelle De St Pere. His paternal grandparents were Pierre Nicholas Rivard Lavigne and Jeanne Mullard; his maternal grandparents were Etienne De St Pere and Marie Madeleine Coustaud. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Julien Lavigne, Francois Rivard, Pierre Rivard, Jean, Antoine, Jeanne, Marie Madeleine, Michel and Marie Catherine. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 65 on December 2nd, 1719 in Batiscan, Quebec, Canada.1 -
