Francois Dessureaux

Francois was born on June 5th, 1683 in Batiscan (St-François-Xavier), Champlain. Francois' father was Francois Dessureaux Dit Laplante and his mother was Marie Bouart. His paternal grandparents were Jean Dessureault and Anne Poraux; his maternal grandparents were Francois Bouart and Jacquette Bilaude. He had a brother and four sisters, named Jean Baptiste, Marie, Marie Catherine, Marie-Francoise and Madeleine. He was the second youngest of the six children. He had a half-sister named Marie Anne.
