Madeleine Dessureaux 
Madeleine was born on September 7th, 1680 in Batiscan (St-François-Xavier), Champlain. Madeleine's father was Francois Dessureaux Dit Laplante and her mother was Marie Bouart. Her paternal grandparents were Jean Dessureault and Anne Poraux; her maternal grandparents were Francois Bouart and Jacquette Bilaude. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Francois, Jean Baptiste, Marie, Marie Catherine and Marie-Francoise. She was the third youngest of the six children. She had a half-sister named Marie Anne.-
