Aveline deClare

Aveline was born in 1172 in Hereford, Herefordshire, England. Aveline's father was Earl Richard de Clare and her mother was Countess Amicia FitzRobert. Her paternal grandparents were Earl of Hertford Roger de Clare and Maud de St Hilary; her maternal grandparents were Earl William FitzRobert and Hawise deBeaumont. She had a brother and a sister, named Gilbert and Matilda. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 53 in 1225.
