Matilda Plantagenet 
Matilda was born in 1156. Matilda's father was Henry II Plantagenet King of England and her mother was Eleanore of Aquitaine Queen of England. Her paternal grandmother was Matilda Empress of Germany Queen of England. She had five brothers and two sisters, named William, Henry, Richard I, Geoffrey, John I, Eleanor and Joanna. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She had three half-sisters named Agnes, Marie and Alix. She died at the age of 33 in 1189.-
