James Frank was born on July 22nd, 1851 in In. James Frank's father was Cyrus Wright and his mother was Elizabeth C. Glenn. His paternal grandparents were Caleb Wright and Mary Ann Hacker Sleeth; his maternal grandparents were John Glenn and Lorena Reed. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William G, George M, John A, Charles, Nathan, Martha, Mary and Elizabeth H. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.-
