George M was born on May 12th, 1846 in In. George M's father was Cyrus Wright and his mother was Elizabeth C. Glenn. His paternal grandparents were Caleb Wright and Mary Ann Hacker Sleeth; his maternal grandparents were John Glenn and Lorena Reed. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William G, John A, James Frank, Charles, Nathan, Martha, Mary and Elizabeth H. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 80 on April 18th, 1927 in Shelby IN. He was buried in forest Hill Cemetery,Shelby,IN.-
