John Davidson Toner 
John Davidson was born on June 27th, 1845. John Davidson's father was James M. Toner and his mother was Susan Young. His paternal grandparents were Edward Toner and Susan Updegraff; his maternal grandparents were John M. Young and Nancy Louden. He had three brothers and two sisters, named James Madison Barwick, William Vermillon, Walter Briscoe, Nancy Belle and Ella Eliza. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 2 on May 28th, 1848 in Shelby,IN. He was buried in Snider Cemetery.-
