Jesse Thomas' mother was Amy Adeline Dark. He had three sisters named Jenetie Florence, Mary Josephine and Sarah Ellen.  Jesse Thomas is no longer alive.

They had three sons and five daughters, named Daniel Webster, Jessie Theorih, Thomas Benson, Amie, Esther Victoria, Ira V., Martha Ellen and Minnie Caroline.
