Carrie Mary Elizabeth was born on November 14th, 1903. Carrie Mary Elizabeth's father was Bernhard Henry Olthaus and her mother was Elizabeth Geile. Her maternal grandparents were John Mathias Geile and Maria Elizabeth Catherine Fuchtmann. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Ada, Alphonse Bernard, Bernard, George, Alma, Hilda and Eleanor. She was the youngest of the eight children.-
