Bernard Olthaus 
Bernard was born about 1890. Bernard's father was Bernhard Henry Olthaus and his mother was Elizabeth Geile. His maternal grandparents were John Mathias Geile and Maria Elizabeth Catherine Fuchtmann. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Ada, Alphonse Bernard, George, Alma, Hilda, Eleanor and Carrie Mary Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.-
