Caleb Morris 
Caleb was born on September 12th, 1824 in Addison Township,Shelby,IN. Caleb's father was William MORRIS and his mother was Martha J. Young. His maternal grandparents were James Young and Mary Guyn. He had three brothers and five sisters, named James, William C., David, Arminta, Eliza Jane, Mary Ann, Martha Ellen and Matilda. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 67 on January 1st, 1892 in Shelby,IN. He was buried in Winchester Cemetery.General Notes
Living in Washington Township, Shelby County, IN 1850 census. Sold his Shelby County farm and moved to IL, returning fall of 1861.
