Samuel McClure 
Samuel was born about 1776. Samuel's father was James McClure and his mother was Alice Young. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel McClure and Mary Dryden; his maternal grandparents were Patrick Young and Isabella Todd. He had three brothers and four sisters, named James, Alexander, John, Isabella, Alice, Sarah and Jane. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
