She had nine brothers and five sisters, named Pearl Edgar, Lee Charles, Wilbur Ernest, Elmer Earl, Raymond Albert, Lawrence Allen, John Mercer, Francis Daniel, Harold Alton, Lauraina Myrtle, Ruth Elizabeth, Adah Gayle, Elta Edna and Thelma Emma Rosannah. She was the third youngest of the fifteen children. She died at the age of 78 on January 28th, 1994 in Columbus,,NE.-
