Her paternal grandparents were Robert Guyn and Jane Raburn; her maternal grandparents were Phillip Kennedy and UNKNOWN Mary. She had five brothers and ten sisters, named Milton Oliver, Seth O, Moses, Samuel, Samuel R, Eppy, Mary, Margaret, Sarah, Jane Rayburn, Rachael, Valentine, Susan, Elandor and Sallie. She was the second oldest of the sixteen children.-
