Deliah was born in 1824. Deliah's father was John Evans and her mother was Elizabeth Ann Windsor. Her paternal grandparents were Jared Evans and Nancy FOX (FUCHS) OR MICHAEL; her maternal grandparents were William John Windsor and Parthenia Conaway. She had a brother and three sisters, named Samuel, Dilemma, Anne and Catherine. She was the second youngest of the five children.-
