John Burks

John was born about 1782.  John's father was John Burks and his mother was UNKNOWN Mary.  His paternal grandparents were Richard Burks and UNKNOWN Elizabeth. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Edmund, Ricahrd, Floyd, Malinda, Edith, Ann, Elizabeth, Mary and Drucilla.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.
