Rufus Bassett

Rufus was born on January 26th, 1787 in Benson,Rutland,Vermont.  Rufus' father was Rufus Bassett and his mother was Jedidah Handy.  His paternal grandparents were William Bassett and UNKNOWN Lydea. He had a brother named Nymphas.  He was the younger of the two children.
