Alicia (Cecilia) was born in 1242 in of Flamsted,Hertfordshire,England.1   Alicia (Cecilia)'s father was Humphry V, Earl of Hereford & Essex de Bohun and her mother was Maud de Lusignan de Eu.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry , Earl of Hereford de Bohun and Maud FitzGeoffrery De Mandeville; her maternal grandparents were Raoul I De Lusignan Count D'eu and Alice de Eu de Hastings Cts de Eu. She had a brother named Humphry "the Younger" VI.  She was the younger of the two children.  She died at the age of 22 in 1264.1

‌Alicia (Cecilia) and Ralph VII were married in a religious ceremony about 1276 in Flamstead,Hertfordshire,England.  They had a daughter named Alice.
