Margaret was born in 1154 in Northumberland,Northumberland,England.1 Margaret's father was Prince Henry of Scotland Earl of Huntingdon and her mother was Ada De Warenne. Her paternal grandparents were St. David I King of Scotland and Matilda (Maud) of Northumbria; her maternal grandparents were William II De Warenne [Earl Of Surrey] and Isabel De Crepi De Vermandois. She had four brothers and six sisters, named William I "The Lion" King Of, David of, David, Malcolm IV the Maiden King of, Aufrica, Ada de, Marjory Princess of, Margaret of, Isabella and Maud. She had a half-brother named Waleran. She died at the age of 47 in 1201. She was buried in Sawtrey Abbey,Huntingdonshire,England.1 General Notes
