Henry De was born about 1402 in ,Raby,Durham,England.  Henry De's father was Sir Ralph , K.G., 1st Earl of Westmor de Neville and his mother was Joan De Beaufort Countessof Westmoreland.  His paternal grandparents were John Neville and Maude , Lady Neville de Percy; his maternal grandparents were John "Of Gaunt" of England Duke of Lancaster and Catherine de Roet Duchess of Lancaster. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named Richard, Thomas De, Cuthbert De, Robert, William, John De, George, Edward, Catherine De, Joan, Eleanor, Anne De and Cicely. He had two half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named John De, Ralph De, Maud De, Alice De, Phillippa De, Elizabeth, Anne, Anastasia, Margaret , Lady Scrope and Mary De.  He died in ,,,England.
