Alan Holland 
Alan was born about 1316 in of Brackley,Northamptonshire,England. Alan's father was Robert d'Holland and his mother was Maud la Zouche. His paternal grandparents were Robert d'Holland and Elizabeth de Samlesbury; his maternal grandparents were Alan la Zouche and Eleanor de Segrave. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Robert , 2nd Lord Holand, Kt., Thomas I, John, Otho, Mary, Maud, Matilda, Elizabeth, Jane and Margaret. He died about 1339.1 General Notes
