William II "Rufus" was born in 1059 in ,,Normandy,France.  William II "Rufus"'s father was William "The Conqueror" of England and his mother was Matilda (Maud) Countess Flanders.  His paternal grandparents were Robert I The Devil Duke of Normandy and Harlette de Falaise; his maternal grandparents were Baudouin V "The Pious" Count of Flanders and Adele France. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Henry I "Beauclerc" King Of, Robert II "Curthose" Duke of, Richard Prince of, Robert III Prince, Cecilia Princess of, Margaret Princess of, Constance Princess of, Adela (Alice) Princess, Gundred Princess Of, Agatha Matilda Princess and Anna Princess of. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named William "the Elder", Gundrada and Alice.  He died at the age of 41 on August 1st, 1100 in Killed,New Forest,Hampshire,England.  He was buried on August 2nd, 1100 in Cathedrlstswiten,Winchester,Hampshire,England.
